MY APPROACH

I speak with clients who have tried everything from therapy to counseling to medications and are still facing debilitating anxiety and depression. I encourage them to try something less systematic, more organic, intuitive and relatable. Coaching is a way to develop life rituals that encourage the client to do their own inner work to become strong. It is moldable to the individual’s unique gifts, personality and ways of thinking, which I have a knack for bringing out of them.
